- Return Window: You must request the return within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. If the item has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way, it may not be eligible for return.

Exceptions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

- Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, or promotional items included with the original order.
- Return Shipping:
- Depending on the reason for the return, AnixMall may cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following scenarios:
- Return Eligibility: If the returned product is eligible for a return as per the conditions listed above, we will issue a refund after inspecting the returned item. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

- Refund Eligibility for Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, the order may already have been processed for shipment, and cancellations may not be possible.

- Mobile Money (e.g., M-Pesa): If you paid using mobile money, your refund will be processed and sent to your original payment account.
- Cash on Delivery: For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile money, depending on your preference.

- Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for the initial delivery of products are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by AnixMall (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
